Terracotta elements for screens and sunshades. The installation of these elements is carried out with metal profiles that are incorporated into the inner hole, which is obtained by extrusion. The size of tubular pipes has been studied in such a way as to create twilight effects and alternations on the façades of buildings, also combining them with the design of striped plates.

Single piece of drawn double wall plate provided with air chamber to increase the insulation factor. Upper and lower borders come with a special "kerf" extruded and milled profile (extrusion process) used to fix the plate to the substructure.

FAST WALL

Cotto Impruneta FastWall panels are mainly used for the sunshade grids. They can also be used for indoor separation and any other screening requirement. With simple details, vertical and/or horizontal screens can be composed to meet the different needs. 8 terracotta bars are installed on an anodized aluminum frame, so as to form two different types of panels. Single bars are produced by re-combining two Narrow Cottoimpruneta modules and one aluminum tubular pipe enabling the fixing process onto the frame. The Narrow Cottoimpruneta modules are achieved by means of extrusion process using Impruneta clay, and are available in two different colours with proofing treatment.
